Cs2skin Terms and Conditions of Use for Users

By registering, accessing, or using any service provided by cs2skin available at cs2skin.my, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the platform's services.

These Terms constitute the legal agreement between you (hereinafter "User") and cs2skin (hereinafter "Platform") and apply to all services offered: Sports Betting, Live Casino, crash games, e-sports, and any other products available on the site.

To access the full cs2skin services, you need to create an account. Registration is free and available exclusively to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• Be at least 18 years of age complete;
• Be a resident of Brazil;
• Hold a valid CPF registered and active with the Receita Federal;
• Not have been previously banned or excluded from the platform;
• Not be an employee, immediate family member of an employee, or business partner of cs2skin.

Each user may hold one account only at cs2skin. Creating accounts on behalf of third parties, using someone else's personal details, or holding multiple registrations is strictly prohibited. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be closed immediately and any pending bonus balance will be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — email and password — confidential. cs2skin is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's own negligence with their credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed by a third party, contact support immediately.

Cs2skin operates exclusively with Brazilian payment methods. All transactions are processed in BRL (R$). Payments in other currencies are not accepted.

Accepted deposit methods:

• Pix (any bank with an active Pix key: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Inter, and others);
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Elo, Hipercard);
• Debit card;
• PicPay;
• Mercado Pago;
• Boleto bancário (processing time: up to 1 business day);
• TED bank transfer via major Brazilian banks.

Withdrawals will only be processed to bank accounts held in the name of the cs2skin account holder. Transfers to third-party accounts are not accepted under any circumstances. cs2skin may require identity verification (KYC) before releasing the first withdrawal — see Section 8 for details.

The balance available for withdrawal consists exclusively of real deposited funds and winnings duly credited after any applicable rollover requirements have been met. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only the winnings generated from it, once the promotion's conditions have been fulfilled.

Cs2skin offers both pre-match and live Sports Betting across a wide range of sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, state championships, and international leagues), MMA and UFC, volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), tennis, e-sports, and over 60 other categories.

General betting rules:

• Every confirmed bet is final and cannot be cancelled by the user once confirmed;
• In the event of a cancelled or postponed event, bets are refunded at odds of 1.00;
• Bets placed on markets with obvious odds errors may be voided by cs2skin;
• Cs2skin reserves the right to limit stakes on certain markets or events;
• Parlay (combined) bets are allowed provided the events are independent of one another;
• Results are settled based on official competition sources.

In force majeure situations — serious technical failures, event suspension by a sports authority, or other extraordinary circumstances — cs2skin may suspend markets or revise settlements, and will always notify affected users by email and through their account dashboard.

Cs2skin's Live Casino is powered by certified third-party providers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and Playtech Live. The specific rules for each game — roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, and game shows — are set by their respective providers and are available directly within each live table.

Cs2skin acts as an intermediary between the user and the providers, and is responsible for account management, balance, and support. Any dispute regarding the outcome of a live round is subject to review by the responsible provider, whose recordings serve as the primary source of evidence.

The betting limits for each table (minimum and maximum per round) are displayed directly in the game interface before each round begins and may vary depending on the time of day and demand.

The crash games available on cs2skin — including Aviator (Spribe), Spaceman (Pragmatic Play), JetX (SmartSoft Gaming), Mines, Plinko, and other titles — use Provably Fair result-generation systems, which allow any user to mathematically verify the integrity of each round.

General rules for crash games:

• A confirmed bet cannot be canceled once the round has started;
• The auto cash-out is executed by the system at the multiplier set by the user, unless a verified technical failure occurs on the provider's server;
• In the event of a documented technical failure that prevents an automatic withdrawal from being processed, the bet may be refunded — each case is reviewed individually;
• Up to two simultaneous bets per round are allowed, as permitted by the game;
• Any attempt to manipulate outcomes or exploit technical vulnerabilities in crash games will result in immediate account closure.

The RTP (return to player) for each crash game is provided by the supplier and is available in the game settings. cs2skin does not interfere with the result-generation algorithms of certified providers.

Cs2skin offers regular bonuses and promotions for both new and active users. Each offer has specific terms detailed on its respective promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are automatically credited to the bonus wallet — not to your real-money balance;
• The rollover requirement (minimum wagering needed to convert bonus funds into real balance) is specified in each promotion and calculated based on the bonus amount received;
• The deadline to complete the rollover starts from the moment the bonus is credited;
• Bonuses not completed within the set timeframe are automatically canceled;
• Each welcome bonus can only be redeemed once per CPF, even if the account is closed and a new one is created;
• Cs2skin reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse is suspected, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated exploitation of promotions;
• Withdrawals requested while a bonus rollover is still pending may result in the cancellation of the unfulfilled bonus — your real-money balance remains unaffected.

Cs2skin is required, under compliance and anti-money laundering regulations, to verify users' identities before processing certain withdrawals or when it identifies activity that warrants a more detailed review.

Documents that may be requested:

• Government-issued photo ID (national ID card, driver's license, or passport);
• Recent proof of address (issued within the last 3 months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used;
• Selfie with ID document for facial verification.

The verification process is completed through the account dashboard — no need to contact support. The review period is up to 48 hours after all required documents have been submitted. Withdrawals are suspended during the review period and released as soon as verification is complete.

Users who refuse to provide the requested documents may have their withdrawal held until the matter is resolved. In cases where documentation is invalid or inconsistent with the registered account details, cs2skin reserves the right to close the account and conduct an internal investigation before releasing any funds.

Using cs2skin requires ethical conduct in line with our rules. The following behaviors are expressly prohibited and subject to immediate account closure, balance retention, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account per CPF or using a third party's details;
• Using bots, scripts, or any form of automation to access the platform, place bets, or exploit promotions;
• Intentionally and repeatedly exploiting bugs, technical glitches, or odds errors;
• Using the account for money laundering or financing illegal activities;
• Making deposits using third-party cards or bank accounts;
• Coordinating bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a positive outcome regardless of the event result (coordinated arbitrage);
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting cs2skin support team members;
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or internal systems not intended for general users.

Cs2skin continuously monitors betting patterns and suspicious behavior. Any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform or its users will be investigated and handled in accordance with these rules.

By the user: You can request account closure at any time via live chat or by emailing suporte@cs2skin.my. Any available real-money balance will be returned following identity verification. Uncompleted bonuses are canceled without a refund. Requests are processed within up to 5 business days.

By cs2skin: The platform may close or suspend an account at any time in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• Refusal to provide requested verification documents;
• Self-exclusion request for responsible gambling;
• Order from a court or competent regulatory authority.

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, cs2skin may hold the account balance for as long as necessary to complete the investigation. If the violation is confirmed, the funds may be forfeited. If no irregularity is found, the full balance will be returned.

Cs2skin believes gambling should, above all, be a form of entertainment. With that in mind, the platform offers real control tools available to any user, at any time, with no justification required:

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit through your account dashboard;
• Loss limit: set a maximum loss amount per period — once reached, new bets are blocked until the period resets;
• Temporary self-exclusion: pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months with a single click — no need to contact support;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure, with the same CPF blocked from creating a new account;
• Full history: access your full betting, deposit, and withdrawal history in real time through your account dashboard.

Cs2skin processes users' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). The data collected is used exclusively for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy: account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and user communications.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Confirm whether cs2skin processes your data;
• Access the data stored about you;
• Correct inaccurate or outdated information;
• Request deletion of your data, subject to legally required retention periods;
• Object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances.

Cs2skin provides the platform on an as-is basis, always striving for the best possible quality, but without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance, and cs2skin is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Temporary internet connection failures on the user's end;
• Interruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance;
• Betting decisions made by the user based on third-party information;
• Changes to competition rules made by organizing bodies after bets have been placed;
• Financial losses from gambling — the risk of loss is inherent to the activity and is the user's sole responsibility.

Cs2skin's maximum liability in any situation is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the incident.

Cs2skin may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, for reasons including compliance with new legislation, changes to the services offered, or improvements to internal policies. Whenever a relevant update occurs, cs2skin will notify active users by email and/or via a platform notice at least 7 days in advance, except where immediate implementation is required by law.

The date of the last update to this document is shown at the top of this page. Users who do not agree with the new terms must close their account before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between the user and cs2skin through customer support will be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo — SP, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

Before pursuing any legal action, the user must contact cs2skin support at suporte@cs2skin.my to attempt an amicable resolution within 30 days. cs2skin commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

In the event of any conflict between the Portuguese version of these Terms and any translation, the Brazilian Portuguese version always prevails.
